AI Use & Transparency Policy

This AI Use & Transparency Policy describes how ProPilot uses AI technologies, including Logan AI Assistant, and the responsibilities of users.

1. Overview

ProPilot uses artificial intelligence to:

• Assist with listing agent communication
• Analyze data and highlight insights
• Automate in-app workflows

2. How AI Is Used

AI may be used to:

• Draft messages or sequences
• Request documents
• Summarize property details
• Support deal analysis
• Assist with compliant follow-up planning
• Organize conversation history

AI-assisted outputs are based on patterns and available context. They may contain inaccuracies or require correction by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree that:

• All AI-generated communications must comply with laws and regulations
• Before SMS is enabled, ProPilot applies messaging eligibility controls, including automated voice consent requirements and suppression controls
• Users must review AI-generated content before approving and manually sending it
• AI outputs may not be used as sole basis for investment decisions
• Users assume responsibility for verifying accuracy of AI outputs

4. Limitations of AI

AI systems may:

• Produce inaccurate or incomplete information
• Misinterpret context
• Provide outdated market insights
• Require human oversight

AI is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

5. Prohibited AI Uses

Users may not:

• Use AI outputs to defraud, mislead, or manipulate others
• Send AI-generated messages without satisfying ProPilot's messaging eligibility and compliance requirements
• Use AI to impersonate individuals or misrepresent identity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI model capabilities
• Use ProPilot AI to train or build competing models, systems, or datasets

6. Transparency to Recipients

ProPilot may provide or require disclosure when AI is used in messages where such disclosure is mandated by law or carrier regulations.

ProPilot's automated voice consent flow uses a fixed scripted automated call and touch-tone keypress input only. It is not a live AI conversation, and AI does not make consent or messaging eligibility decisions in that flow.

7. Data Used for AI

AI models may use content you provide to generate outputs.

AI usage complies with ProPilot's Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Disclaimer

ProPilot is not liable for:

• Errors in AI-generated content
• Miscommunication resulting from AI drafts
• Compliance failures caused by user-approved AI messaging
• Damages arising from reliance on AI recommendations or analysis

Users must apply judgment and verify accuracy.
