Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms govern all paid use of ProPilot.
1. Subscription Plans
ProPilot offers subscription plans such as Starter, Pro, and Premium. Each plan includes different features, limits, and usage allowances.
Plan details—including pricing, limits, and available features—are available on our website and may be updated periodically.
2. Billing and Payments
2.1 Recurring Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled.
2.2 Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize ProPilot (and its payment processors) to charge the payment method on file for:
- Subscription fees
- Taxes
- Overages or usage beyond plan limits (if applicable)
2.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the charge
- Access to the Service may be suspended
- The account may be terminated if payment is not resolved
3. Upgrades and Downgrades
3.1 Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. Fees are adjusted and prorated accordingly.
3.2 Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Feature or usage limits imposed by the downgrade may affect your data or messaging capabilities.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access remains until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds or credits are given for unused time
ProPilot may terminate accounts for violations of Terms or AUP.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be granted solely at ProPilot's discretion for cases such as:
- Verified technical issues preventing use
- Duplicate charges
- Other situations as determined by ProPilot
6. Price Changes
ProPilot may update pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will receive notice before any price change applies to their next billing cycle.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes based on your location and subscription plan.
8. Chargebacks
Chargebacks are treated as a breach of these Terms.
We may:
- Disable your account
- Prevent future reactivation
- Recover outstanding amounts
